Noni Fruit Noni is a fruit that is grown in Tahiti and Hawaii. It is known for its ability to boost the immune system and fighting disease. It also contains a high source of antioxidants (twice that of Blueberries) that combat harmful free radicals; it increases energy, and allows greater physical performance levels. The antioxidants work within the cells to benefit almost every system in the body with high counts of enzymes, amino acids and minerals. Noni is also high in potassium which helps with energy levels, heart health and endurance. Known to control sugar diseases, high vascular pressure, heart health maintenance, abnormal growths and other chronic disorders. Based on the research I’ve come across, there are mixed reviews on taking Noni Juice during pregnancy. I’ve found a site saying you should not take Noni in the first 3 months but after is fine.
